About Farmer ID Print Tool

The SarvSeva.com Farmer ID Print Tool helps users arrange farmer profile information and land-record notes into a compact, printable personal reference card. Add the details manually or try extracting text from a text-based PDF. You can review the result in the live preview, adjust a photo, and print or save a PDF for your own records.

How to use this tool

  1. Choose a PDF and select Extract Text. If you already copied text from a document, paste it into the extracted-text box.
  2. Select Auto-Fill Fields to try matching common labels. Carefully review and correct every field.
  3. Enter farmer profile details and upload a photo. Use zoom and position controls to adjust the crop.
  4. Add as many land rows as needed and verify village, survey number and area.
  5. Review both Front Side and Back Side, then select Print Front & Back or Download PDF.

PDF extraction and privacy

PDF text extraction is performed in the browser using PDF.js. It works best when text can be selected in the source PDF. A scanned PDF is usually an image, so text extraction may return little or no text unless OCR is added. Auto-fill uses common label patterns and is not a verification service. This page does not certify land ownership, farmer registration, or the accuracy of any uploaded document.

Important disclaimer

This tool is an independent utility provided by SarvSeva.com. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government department and does not create, validate, or replace an official Farmer ID, registration certificate, land record, or government-issued document. Use the generated card only as a personal reference copy. Do not present it as an official identity or eligibility document.

Frequently asked questions

Can this tool automatically read every farmer PDF?

No. It can attempt to extract selectable text from text-based PDFs. Scanned PDFs may need OCR, and different document layouts can affect extraction. Always verify the result manually.

Can I add more than one land record?

Yes. Use the Add Land Row button to add multiple entries. The card preview displays a limited number of rows to preserve legibility, so keep a separate copy of the complete details when there are many records.

Can I change the photo crop?

Yes. Upload a JPG, PNG or WebP photo and adjust zoom and horizontal/vertical position. The preview and PDF use the selected crop.

Is the generated card an official government Farmer ID?

No. It is a personal reference card only. It does not establish identity, farmer registration, land ownership or government eligibility.

Why is my scanned PDF not auto-filling?

Scanned PDFs contain page images rather than selectable text. OCR support would be needed to recognize the text in those images.
